1. Return Policy

We accept returns of unused and unopened products within 14 days of the delivery date. To be eligible for a return, items must be:

  • In original packaging

  • Unused and in resalable condition

  • Accompanied by proof of purchase

Note: Shipping costs are non-refundable. Return shipping fees are the responsibility of the customer unless the product is defective or shipped in error.

2. Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

  • If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.

  • If your return is not approved (e.g. item is used or damaged), we may offer a partial refund or deny the refund altogether.

3. Warranty Policy

We offer limited warranty coverage on certain products:

  • Daka erig device (main unit): 1-Year Limited Warranty

  • Ceramic atomizer: 30-Day Limited Warranty

This warranty covers defects in materials or workmanship under normal use. It does not cover:

  • Broken glass, mouthpieces, or other fragile components

  • Damage caused by misuse, drops, water exposure, or unauthorized modifications

  • Normal wear and tear

  • Consumable parts beyond their expected lifespan

To request a warranty claim, please contact our support team with your order number, description of the issue, and photos or videos if possible.

4. Non-Returnable Items

The following items are non-refundable and non-returnable:

  • Used products

  • Opened atomizers or coils

  • Clearance or final sale items

  • Products damaged due to user error

5. Exchanges

If you received a defective or incorrect item, please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order. We will provide instructions for an exchange at no additional cost to you.
